| Certification The purpose of EFTEC Aftermarket's certification exam is to test a person's knowledge and understanding of the Dinitrol urethane product line and its application as it relates to vehicle glass replacement. To Earn an EFTEC Aftremarket Certificate To earn a certificate the examinee will start and finish a random specified version of the certification exam under the supervision of either an EFTEC Aftermarket employee, or a certified training Pilkington employee. |
If the examinee fails
the exam If the examinee fails the exam, he or she may retake another version of the exam no sooner than 24 hours after the last exam. The installer can attempt up to four exams per month. However, no limit has been set on how many exams may be attempted. The examinee must get 35 out of 40 questions right in order to pass the certification exam. Processing fees may be rquired for multiple retakes of exams. Certifications are valid for three years Scores and/or certificates will be mailed back to the examinee within approximately 30 days after receiving the completed exams from the proctor. Certifications are valid for three years. EFTEC Aftermarket reserves the right to revoke any Dinitrol certificate for any reason.
