DINITROL Glass Activator and Cleaner
DINITROL®  D-560

General Description
D-560 PVC Activator is used specifically for activating encapsulated PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) glass typically found in some quarter-glass.

9 months in an unopened bottle

Storage Requirements
Recommended storage temperature is between 5°C (40°F) and 27°C (80°F).

Be sure to replace lid tightly immediately after using with its seal in place.

560 should not be used if  the product has remained open for an extended amount of time. The lid must always be replaced promptly after each opening.

Health and Safety Caution
Wear OSHA and ANZI Z87.1-1989 approved safety goggles and nitrile gloves with any OEM/after market primer.

Working conditions with good ventilation is required. If this is not possible consult the D-560 Safety Material Data Sheet for recommended options of use during poorly ventilated conditions.

Application
Sand or scuff the surface to be treated before application. Use a clean woolen dauber, synthetic cotton ball or lint free cloth to apply product.  Wipe on a smooth continuous film of D-560 to the bonding area of the encapsulated PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) glass.  Let dry for 10 minutes.
